about Me
I’m an accredited counselling therapist with the BACP, which means I adhere to their ethics and I am committed to delivering you with a high quality therapeutic service.
I am Mexican- American and grew up in Spain, Mexico and Morocco. I now live in England with my family and pet golden retriever. I am fully bilingual in Spanish and English and understand the importance of being able to have therapy in your native language and the challenges of living cross – culturally.
My experience in counselling therapy has ranged from working with adults in addiction at the Nelson Trust and community support with The Listening Post. I have also worked with young people since 2018 in a secondary school setting.
I am also a tutor, teaching listening skills in various settings and a counselling coordinator, line managing counsellors and allocating clients for The Listening Post at their Cheltenham Centre.
